Business Partner Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service key sales channels to ensure sales target achievement.
  • Search or canvas to cultivate new clients to generate new sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to develop positive working relationships with partners to improve business.
  • Manage sales activities to build closer relationships with partners and generate revenue.
  • Plan and support collaborative sales and business plans designed for target achievement.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional efforts.
  • Monitor partners’ sell-through and sales activities.
  • Promote and market the full range of the agency’s products.
  • Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of industry sales experience.
  • Excel in interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate an aggressive attitude and responsibility in work.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven.

Requirement

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry sales experience.
